Branding
Brand conceptualisation typically takes one to three months from the date your mood board is approved, although most concepts are completed within two months.
If we determine that the scope of work is larger than anticipated, you will be notified accordingly.
As a boutique studio committed to high-quality, thoughtful work, we take on a limited number of projects at a time. This ensures each client receives our full attention, allowing us to craft every brand with care, precision, and creativity.
UX / UI
The initial UX/UI concepts (typically the first set of pages) are usually delivered within 5 to 10 business days once all required assets have been received.
The complete projects (all pages) under 8 pages delivery will take 5 to 15 business days after the project concept is approved.
Make sure to allow adequate time for revisions in your project timeline, especially if complex UX requirements are involved, as these can extend the design and development process.
Collaterals & Templates
The initial concept (typically the first few pages) of multi-page documents or marketing collateral is usually delivered within 4 to 10 business days after project approval and once all required assets have been received.
The complete projects (all pages) under pages delivery will take another 3 to 15 business days after the project concept is approved.
Make sure to allow adequate time for revisions in your project timeline.
1. Project Presentation, Timing and Revisions
1.1 . Project Presentations
Before starting your project, please confirm the time frame with us. As a small boutique agency, we prioritize quality over quantity. To maintain the high standard of work we are known for, we take on a limited number of projects at a time. This ensures that every project receives the attention it deserves without compromising quality.
All branding projects are presented live via video call.
Regardless of the number of concepts included in your package, we present each concept individually. We begin with the initial concept, gather your feedback, and then move forward, presenting a summarized version of the updated concept before progressing to any additional concepts required.
Revisions will also be shared in summarized form for your approval. Once approved, they will be fully developed.
This process applies to all items outlined in your project scope.
For branding projects, once the agreement is signed and the order is confirmed, the studio will provide a link to our brief form within a maximum of five business days. After we receive your completed brief, we will send mood board directions within ten business days maximum. The project timeline begins only after the mood board has been selected.
1.2 . Revision Policy
It is essential to verify the number of revisions included in your project scope. While we enjoy collaborating with you to perfect your project, it must remain feasible for us to deliver within the agreed time frame.

→ A non-refundable deposit of 30 to 60% is required upon confirmation. This deposit covers the strategic and conceptual phase, which typically accounts for 60 to 80% of the total project time and effort.
Once this phase has begun, the deposit becomes non-refundable under all circumstances, regardless of project cancellation or delay initiated by the Client. The remaining balance is due prior to commencement of the next stage, after the brand concept approval, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
